Specifically, an amendment <br />to Condition 13 is requested to permit unrestricted access to Ladino Lane. <br />PROPOSED LAND USE: <br />Residential and commercial uses are planned as part of the Amberleigh <br />development. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />RECOMMEND APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION ON PAGE 2. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Recommend approval for the following reasons: <br />A. Amendment to the zoning condition is necessary for the development to comply <br />with the Subdivision Ordinance, which requires a second public access for more <br />than 100 lots. <br />B. It is anticipated that the use of Ladino Lane, as the second public access, is <br />temporary because the zoning condition on the adjacent property to the west <br />(Case 06SN0194) will result in the elimination of Ladino Lane once that property <br />develops. <br />(NOTE: CONDITIONS MAY BE IMPOSED.
