SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY ADMINSTRATOR’S COMMENTS <br /> <br />Mr. Rob Churchman, engagement partner from KPMG, LLP, presented the county’s FY2011 <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Mr. Stegmaier was pleased to report that the county’s Emergency Communications <br />Center (ECC) recently completed a reaccreditation review with the Commission on <br /> <br />Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Approved Use of FY2011 Results of Operations for various purposes. <br /> <br />Approved Streetlight installations in the Bermuda District in the Warfield Estates <br />Subdivision, at the intersection of Warfield Ridge Drive and Warfield Ridge <br />Terrace; in the Brynmore Subdivision, in the vicinity of 10419 Crooked <br />Branch Terrace and in the vicinity of 10418 Brynmore Drive; and in the <br />Bermuda Place Subdivision, in the vicinity of 13404 Bermuda Place Drive. <br /> <br />CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />Approved Appropriation of grant funds awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance for <br />payment to localities for incarcerating undocumented criminals. <br /> <br />Approved Public hearing date of December 14, 2011, for the Board to consider <br />amending the lease of real property at the Lowe’s Athletic Complex for the <br />operation of soccer and other programs with Chesterfield United Soccer Club. <br /> <br />Approved Appropriation of developer contributions for the Port Walthall Drive <br />Extension Economic Development Access Project. <br /> <br />Approved Award construction contract to J.W. Enochs, Incorporated for maintenance <br />and repairs of the 1917 Courthouse and transfer of funds from the major <br />maintenance CIP for the project. <br /> <br />Approved Initiate applications for zoning approval for Mariner Finance, OneMain <br />Financial, Citi Financial, and Springleaf Financial to operate consumer <br />finance establishments. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
