SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMENTS <br /> <br />Ms. Patsy Brown updated the Board on Chesterfield County’s Open Government Webpage <br />which supports the county’s continuing effort to promote transparency. <br /> <br />Mr. Bill Dupler updated the Board on the county’s ongoing efforts to promote revitalization of <br />neighborhoods and areas around Providence and Manchester Middle Schools slated for <br />revitalization through the 2013 bond referendum. He also briefed the Board on recent <br />developments relative to the Roadrunner Campground. <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Key updated the Board on the progress of the Police Headquarters renovation <br />project. <br /> <br />Ms. Mary Ann Curtin presented a brief update to the Board of Supervisors on the status of <br />several bills before the General Assembly and from the county’s legislative program. <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS AND SPECIAL RECOGNITIONS <br /> <br />Adopted Resolution recognizing Mrs. Diana C. Jefferson, Department of General <br />Services, Buildings and Grounds Division, upon her retirement. <br /> <br />WORK SESSIONS <br /> <br />A Work Session was held regarding the proposed FY2016-FY2020 Capital Improvement <br />Program. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS <br /> <br />Approved Nomination/appointment of Mr. George Hayes to serve as an alternate <br />member on the Appomattox River Water Authority Board. <br /> <br />Approved Nomination/appointment of Mr. George Hayes to serve as an alternate <br />member on the South Central Wastewater Authority Board. <br /> <br />Approved Nomination/appointment of The Honorable J.
