CALL TO ORDER - BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SCHOOL BOARD <br />AND COMMITTEE <br />Ms. Coyner called the meeting to order at noon, on behalf of <br />the Capital Construction Goals and Accountability Committee. <br />Ms. Jaeckle called the meeting to order, on behalf of the <br />Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors. <br />Ms. Smith called the meeting to order, on behalf of the <br />School Board. <br />B. OPENING REMARKS <br />Ms. Coyner stated some members are absent due to death in the <br />family and being out of town on business. She thanked Ms. <br />Jaeckle and Mr. Sloan for filling in for Mr. Elswick and Dr. <br />Wallin. She noted that Mr. Holmes will be arriving late. <br />Ms. Jaeckle noted that the reason for the joint meeting is <br />that the location of proposed schools impacts members of both <br />the School Board and the Board of Supervisors. <br />16-244 <br />4/20/16 <br />
