SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />WORK SESSIONS <br /> <br />Dr. Casey recognized Officers Jonathan Sorley and Brian Simmons along with resident Andre <br />Harris, for their help rescuing a driver from his vehicle after it crashed into a utility pole and <br />caught fire. <br /> <br />A work session was held to update the Board of Supervisors on the new organization design <br />of Citizen Assistance and Resources. <br /> <br />A work session was held to update the Board of Supervisors on the county’s internship <br />program. <br /> <br />A work session was held to update the Board of Supervisors on regional and local economic <br />development. <br /> <br />A work session was held to update the Board of Supervisors on Dominion Energy state and <br />local affairs. <br /> <br />A work session was held to update the Board of Supervisors on the 2017 County Fair. <br /> <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD <br /> <br />Ms. Jessica Coaker expressed safety concerns relative to the proposed path through A.M. <br />Davis Elementary School and urged the Board to delay the project. <br /> <br />Ms. Cindy Rustin expressed safety concerns relative to the proposed path through A.M. Davis <br />Elementary School. <br /> <br />Ms. Jessica Bosher expressed safety concerns relative to the proposed path through A.M. <br />Davis Elementary School. <br /> <br /> <br />6:00 P.M.
