Turner, <br /> Director of Planning <br /> <br />Mr. Miller called the special meeting to order at 11:00 a.m. <br />Ail five Board members signed a ~Notice of the Meeting" <br />waiving any further notice. <br /> <br />Mr. Stith expressed appreciation to Board members for their <br />attendance. He stated Governor Warner has asked President <br />Bush to declare a federal disaster declaration for the <br />Richmond/Chesterfield area.
