<br />rural roads submitted would Oe in excess of the amount of funds available
<br />in the Hi~,hway budget for this purpose. Upon consideration whereof and on
<br />[notion of Mr. Gunter, seconded by Mr. }%ritton, it is resolved that this Board
<br />request tile Highway Department to charge %o the County's D~ Fund any amount
<br />l]ot covered by the State Rural t{oad Construction fund in the improvement of
<br />the [~ro0osed list of rural roads.

<br />On motion of Mr. ~unter, seconded by Mr. [%ritton, it is resolved that this
<br />]{card requ~;st the }{i~.~hway Department to improve Grove Road in the subdivision
<br />of 5nnny Dell Acres not to exceed $~58.50' said cost to be chagrined to the 3¢
<br />Road Fund of t-he County.

<br />i~,k~,~hway Department when one-half of the estimated cost of this road is paid
