This day a discussion arose as to improving Lake Lee Road. It was reported
that the subdivider stated that he was financially unable to improve the road
at this time, and was waiting until additional lots w.ere sold. On motion of

to the Executive Secretary a~d the Commonwealth's Attorney to take such legal
aotion as may be necessary to insure the improvement of said ~oad.

reported that ce train statements had been made concerning school buses, turn-
arounds at the end of said road and the general condition of same. It was
