Gill, it is resolved that the Executive 5ecreSary be and it hereby is requested to .qet a list of the defects from the architect and to ascertain if possible an estimate of the charges necessary tocomplete same, and write a letter aL, ain to the 13ending Company informing the,] of this fiPal action.
