VIRGINIA: At an adjourned meeting of the <br /> Board of Supervisors of Chester- <br /> field County,held at the Court- <br /> house on April 21, 1953, at <br /> 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mr. Irvin G. Horner, Chairman <br />i4r. S. R. Hague, Jr. <br />l~ir. J. P. Gunter <br />lvIr, R. J. Britton <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br /> Mr. H. T. Goyne <br /> Dr. Robt. o. Gill <br /> <br />This day the Board of Supervisors .met with the Planning Commission to hear <br />a discussion on toll roads in the County by certain officials of the Highway <br />Department, namely, Mr. Crute, ~4r~ Mills, I~r. Kellam and ~k~. Ellington. <br /> <br />This day i¢~r. Richard Jones, Attorney from Colonial Heights discussed the <br />collection of delinquent taxes in Colonial Heights and requested this Board <br />to authorize him to collect the County's delinquent taxes in the City of <br />Colonial Heights on a fee basis. <br />l~r. Lewis Vaden, Clerk of Court, Chesterfield County, explained that the <br />delinquent tax payers in Colonial Heights would soon 0e billed by his office. <br /> <br />This day the matter of the Court's decision in the recent annexation case <br />came before this Board. <br /> After much consideration and discussion, it was generally agreed that <br />this ~atter be postponed until the next meeting of this Board. <br /> <br />un motion, this meeting is adjoumed to 8:00 p.m. on April 28, 1953. <br /> <br />Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />
