Vaughan <br />Icame before the Board, and requested this Board to take some action concernJa~g the <br />!dumping of rubbish and trash on one of the lots in said subdivision.Upon <br />consideration whereof, and on motion, the matter is referred to the Executive Secret~ <br />to confer with the person supposed to be planning to deposit the rubbish on said lot <br /> <br />This day again the matter of the amendment of the Zoning Laws of this Cotanty came be~ <br />the Board, and it appearing that the proposed change of said zoning law has been <br />!published as required by law; upton consideration whereof and on motion, it is resolw <br />Ithat the change be adopted and that the same shall from this time ma read as follows <br /> <br />SECTION VIII A.,RICU.,FU~aL IoT:lI~,$ <br /> <br />Article A - Paragmaph I. <br /> <br />"Same as specified for R-1 Districts." <br /> <br />!on motion, it, solved that the Commonwealth's Attorney be and <br />ito render his opinion on the ~uestion: "Is the We st ham~o~ ~ .... ]-~.~,.~ is directed <br />porated, a non-conforming usero£ the VTheBry tract of Land?" ' ...... d that th~s Boar~ require <br />i January 1, 1951 ....... ~ ~-oper~y ~n ones~eri~e±d uounty for the year beginning <br /> <br /> And be it further resolved tt~t the State Tax Department be a_nd it hereby is requestgd <br /> to furnish this County with such f '~' · <br /> ac~tzes as they may have to aid and assist in <br />!the re-assess,'aent of said real estate. <br /> <br />And be it further resolved that the sum of ~13,000.00 be and it hereby is appropriat ~d <br />from the ~u~appropriated surplus of the General County Fund for the expense of such a <br />re-assessment, and in addition thereto the sum of ~1,000.00 be and it hereby is <br />appropriated fro;,~ said surplus for milaage expense. <br /> <br />on motion, it is resolved that this Board employ three men to act as assessors and <br />review the work of such men as the State of Virginia~s Tax De~rtment may assignu to <br />this Board for such purpose. <br /> <br />And be it further resolved that the per diem for such service be ~12 50 for each <br />person for each day's service. Peter W. <br /> oovington had resigned from this Board, that he no longer was a member of the Local <br /> Board of Public Welfare as a representative from this Board, and <br /> <br /> ~,Vhereas, it ao)ear~g proper to this Board not to require that a member of thm~ B <br /> ~e a member o~~the Local Board of Pub~ w~lr~ ~ ~ ....
