O.Gill <br /> <br />VIRGINIA: ~t an adjourned meeting of thei <br /> Board of Supervisors of Cheste~'- <br /> field County held at the Court. <br /> house on August 31, 1950, at <br /> 8:00 p.m. <br /> <br />b~n motion, it is r esolw~d that an ~" water line b e extended eastwardly along the <br />Warwick Road in the neighborhood of Branch~s Church of DuPont Square, east of <br />the Atlantic Coast Line P~I. <br /> <br />And b~ it further resolved that the ExeCutive Secretary be and he hereby is <br />authorized ~o construct said line after receiving the necessary engineering advice~ <br /> <br />This day there was presented to the Board a deed from Minnie E% Bridgewater, widow~ <br />et al, conveying a 30-foot strip of land to the County of Chesterfield , describe( <br />gener~l!y as follows.: Running southwardly from the Memorial Avenue to a 20-foot <br />right-of-way, all within the bounds of Matoaca Cemetery. <br />Upon consideration whe~o~ and on motion, it is resolved that the same be accepte( <br />and the Executive Secra~tary be and he heraby is authorized and directed to record <br />the same along with the plat attached thereto. <br /> <br />This day the Executive Secretary presented to the Board an offer, in writing~ for <br />the purchase of the motor grader now on thegroun~s at the Courthouse~ the same <br />being in the amount of $400.00.
