This day again the matter of the $1,000,000 Revenue Bond Issue came before the
Board and there was presented a form of letter to go out to the voters of Che ster-
field County. Upon consideration whereof and it appearing that the same is
proper and that numerous copies of saL1e should go out to the voters of Chesterfield
County along with excerpts from the Engineer's report concerning the'¡.ater system.
Upon consideration whereof, and on h1otion it is resolved that the Executive
Secretary have said letter mimeographed and sent out to the numerous voters.

of Public Instructions, State of Virginia, concernin:~ the salary of the Supt. of
Schools in Chesterfield. Upon consdieration whereof, and on motion, it is
resolved that the said letter be received and filed.

letter from the Hon. James A. Anderson, and accompanying plats. Upon con-

of the State COi1pensation Board, fixing salaries and expenses of t he following
