Upon consider~tion whereo~, <br />and on motion of H.T.Goyme, it is resolved that the Chesterfield Welfare Board <br />be and it hereby is requested to supply the Board of Supervisors with a list of <br />recipients receiving welfare aid from the Department, in each District, in every <br />six month intervals. <br /> <br />This daythe matter of the study of the repc~'t made on the investigation of the <br />Police Department came before the Board. Upon consideration vh ereof, and on <br />motion of H.T.Goyne, it is resolved that the Board ',~ill meet as a Committee on <br />May 5, 1945, at ~:O0 p.m., to make a study of this report. And be it ftrther <br />resolved that the four employees of the Police Department who have been mentioned <br />as being of irregular conduct be invited to attend this meeting. <br /> <br />Ordered that the meeting b e now adjourned until 10:OO a.m. May ll, 1948. <br /> <br /> <br />
