MASON <br />requests seven (7) Variances to use seven (7) parcels of land, <br />which have no public road frontage, for dwelling purposes. ~hese <br />parcels lie southeast of the southern terminus of Percival Street. <br />T. M. Sec. 115-16 (1) Parcel 4 (Sheet 32). <br /> <br />77S057 In Bermuda Magisterial District, F. G. Sloan & Sons, Inc. <br />requests a Variance to use a parcel of land, which fronts along a <br />dedicated improved road for 34.61 feet, and the remainder of the <br />parcel has no public road frontage, for dwelling purposes. This <br />parcel lies along the south line of Saffron Lane and is located <br />approximately 320 feet east of its intersection with N. Enon Church <br />Road. T. M. Sec. 119-5 (1) Parcel 4 (Sheet 34). <br /> <br />Copies of these amendments are on file in the Planning Department, <br />Room 307, Office Building, Chesterfield Courthouse, Chesterfield, <br />Virginia, for public examination between the hours of 8:30 A.M. <br />and 5:00 P.
