Norman Bowen, representing citizens of 1~nchester Sanitary District <br />appeared before the Board requesting a continuance of the postponement of action on <br />a proposed ordinance concerning the connection with water and/or sewer systems in <br />Chesterfield County until the February 11, 1947 meeting. He also stated that there <br />would be a mass ~eting of citizens of l~ncbester at the New Broad Rock School, <br />Tuesday, February 4, 1947, and invited all members of the Board to be present at <br />this meeting. <br />Upon consideration whereof, and on motion of v{.~.
