<br />heretofore rendered service in the preparation of data. for thi s Board on this <br />subject matter, be, and he is hereby requested to prepare the necessary <br />application on behalf of this Boerd and for submission to the Vlorks Projects <br />,Admi,nistration. . <br />And be it further resolved that this Board doth agree to pay to R.Stuart <br />Royer, for his services in preparation of the application aforesaid and all <br />necessary plats, maps, data, both technical and clerical, and such other services <br />as may be required by the Horks Projects Administration for its action upon said <br />application, in acoordance with his letter ot I,ray 5, 1940. <br />In this matter 1~.H.T.Goyne voted "No", and requested that his vote be so <br />recorded. <br /> <br />On motion, it is resolved that expenses of the ~iater Committee to <br />Washington to interview Reconstruction Finance Corpoeation's officers be, and <br />the same is hereby ordered paid in the amount of $17.11 to Wm.S.Coburn, a member <br />ot this Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of H.T.Goyne, it is resolved that the sum of $1500.00 be, and <br />the same is hereby appropriated for the uses of the Zoning Commission for purposes <br />of compilation, ot data, maps, etc. And be it further resolved that the <br />budget for 1940~'41 be, and the same is hereby appropriately amenaed to meet the <br />above appropriation. <br /> <br />This day the County Treasurer submitted to this Board three (3) bids <br />for printing of tax tickets. On motion of J.G.Hening, it is resolved that the <br />County Treasurer be, and is hereby directed to award the contract to the low <br />bidder, which wall the bid, of the Virginia Stationery Company. <br /> <br />Ordered that this meeting be now adjourned until 10:00 a.m. on <br />AUgust 13, 1940. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />7Q~. <br /> <br />xecu ve Secretary. <br /> <br />u.t ~!t/ <br /> <br />- <br />
