An emergency is dec"Iared to exist. this ordinance is in force from <br />its passage. <br /> <br />It is ordered that this ordinance be published onoe in some newspaper having <br />a general oirculation in Chesterfield County; and posted at the front door of the <br />Courthouse of said County. <br /> <br />There appeared before the Boarc Police Chief C.W.Smith, who reported that the <br />Committee, consisting of himself and the ExeDutive Secretary had made a tentative <br />appointment of D. ~i. Murphey, and requested the Board. s approval of thi s action. <br />Upon consideration whereof, and on motion of vi.A.Horner. it is resolved that the <br />said D. 'vi. Murphey, be, and he hereby is appointed to fill one of the vaoancies <br />of the Police Department. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />The Executive Secretary calle d the Board's attention to the fact that F .H.A. will <br />require a oentra~ water system of same kind for any developments by them as a <br />new F.H.A. development, Upon consideration whereof and on motion of H. T.Goyn , <br />the Chair.man is requested to appoint a Committee to investi~a~e the situation <br />and report back to the Board at a later meeting.Vhereupon theChairman appointed a <br />this Committee: H.
