PROFFERED CONDITIONS <br />The Applicant in this zoning case, pursuant to Section 15.2-2298 of the Code of Virginia <br />(1950 as amended) and the Zoning Ordinance of Chesterfield County, for itself and its <br />successors or assigns, proffers that the development of the property known as <br />Chesterfield County Tax ID 784-675-1052 and Tax ID 785-676-4312, and subject to the <br />conditions and provisions of Case No. 05SN0219 and the condition as set forth below. <br />The Applicant hereby amends Proffered Condition 18 in Case No. OSSN0219 as follows: <br />(STAFF/CPC) Minimum Square Footage. <br />A. The minimum gross floor area for detached dwelling units shall be <br />1800 square feet for units less than 2-story and 2000 square feet for <br />units 2-story or greater, except that detached one-story dwelling <br />units on lots smaller than 12,000 square feet shall have a minimum <br />gross floor area of 1700 square feet. <br />B. The minimum gross floor area for townhouses shall be 1300 square <br />feet.
