Rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Residential (R-12) plus Conditional <br />Use Planned Development to permit exceptions to Ordinance <br />requirements. <br />II. Waiver to street connectivity requirements to Quailwood Road. <br />PROPOSED LAND USE: <br />A residential multifamily condominium development is proposed. Development of this <br />property in conjunction with the surrounding Residential (R-12) properties, which are <br />zoned for a mix of residential uses to include condominiums, is anticipated. The <br />applicant has agreed to limit development of this parcel to a density of 2.2 dwelling units <br />per acre, yielding approximately four (4) dwelling units. (Proffered Condition 4) <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION <br />RECOMMENDS APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFFERED CONDITIONS <br />ON PAGES 2 AND 3. <br />(NOTE: SINCE THE COMMISSION'S CONSIDERATION OF THIS CASE, THE <br />PROFFERED CONDITIONS HAVE BEEN AMENDED.
