The proposed zoning and land uses conform to the Route 288 Corridor Plan <br />which suggests a mix of office and residential uses, regional employment center <br />and residential use of one (1) to two (2) dwelling units per acre and the Upper <br />Swift Creek Plan which suggests residential use of two (2) units per acre or less. <br />B. The proffered conditions mitigate the impact on capital facilities, consistent with <br />the Board of Supervisors' policy, thereby insuring adequate service levels are <br />maintained and protecting the health, safety and welfare of County citizens. <br />(NOTE: CONDITIONS MAY BE IMPOSED OR THE PROPERTY OWNER(S) MAY <br />PROFFER CONDITIONS.
