<br />On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr.Britton, it is resolved that the minutes
<br />of March 10, 1965, be and the same are hereby approved.

<br />On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr.Browning, it is resolved that the following
<br />Ordinance adopted on January 28, 1965, be, and the same is hereby re-adopted:

<br />aN ORDINANCE to amend Chapter XV, Article X, Section 15-156 of the
<br />Code of the County of ~hesterfield, Virginia, as amended, by adding
<br />thereto sub-paragraph (g) requiring certain parts of hot water supplies
<br />and.storage tanks or heaters to withstand temperature to ~OOVF. and certain
<br />labels to be affixed by the manufacturer.

<br />Chapter XV, ~rticle X, Section 15-156 of the Code of the County of
<br />Chesterfield, Virginia, as amended, be and the same is amended by
<br />the addition thereto of sub-paragraph (g) to read as follows:
<br />
<br />Section 15-156-Safety Devices-
<br />
<br />(g) Dip tubes, hot wetter niy~ples, supply water baffles,
<br /> heat %raps, etc.
<br />
<br />Dip tubes, hot water nipples, supply wa%er baffles,
<br />heat traps and any other d~vice when used in hot wa%er
<br />supply, storage tanks or heaters shall he_constructed and
<br />tested to withstand a temperature of ~OC°~'. without
<br />deterioration in any manner and the tank so labeled by
<br />the manufacturer.

<br />the plan be approved and the Use Permit is hereby granted upon the condition tha$
<br />the operation be conducted as a bench type operation and go no lower t~an the ·
<br />present creek bed.

<br />ms accepted.

<br />Circuit Court, the Honorable William Old, be and he hereby is requested to
<br />re-~ppoint Mr. Joe Gettings ~nd M~.George Blankenship as Special Police Officers
<br />for th~ County of C~esterfield.

<br />There was read a notice ghat the Highway Department had formally accepted the
<br />following roads into the State Secondary System of roads:

<br />Glendye Road from a point on Poyntelle Road, O.1S mile north of
<br />Route 1~7 and running east 0.07 miles to a turn-around
<br />
