A single family residential subdivision having a minimum lot size of 9,000 square feet is planned. Residential use of up to 4.84 units per acre is permitted in a Residential (R 7) District and up to 3.63 units per acre is permitted in a Residential (R 12) District. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is appropriate for residential use of 2.51 to 4.0 units per 10/28/98 98 773 acre.
