In Bermuda Magisterial District, ESTATE OF HAROLD T. GOYRE,
SR. requested rezoning from Light Industrial (I 1) to
Residential (R 12) on 7.4 acres plus proffered conditions on
this property and an adjacent 31.9 acre parcel currently
zoned Residential (R 7). A single family residential
subdivision having a minimum lot size of 9,000 square feet
is planned. Residential use of up to 4.84 units per acre is
permitted in a Residential (R 7) District and up to 3.63
units per acre is permitted in a Residential (R 12)
District. The Comprehensive Plan suggests the property is
appropriate for residential use of 2.51 to 4.0 units per

acre. This request lies on 39.3 acres fronting
approximately 1,800 feet on the south line of Route 288,
also fronting the terminus of Seminole Avenue and located
approximately 250 feet east of Jefferson Davis Highway.

Mr. Jacobson stated that the applicant has requested to
withdraw Case 98SN0165 from consideration.
On motion of Mr. McHale, seconded by Mr. Barber, the Board
withdrew Case 98SN0165.
