Clover Hill Magisterial District East line of Branchway and North Courthouse Roads REQUEST: Rezoning from Agricultural (A) to Light Industrial (I-1) of 9.6 acres plus proffered conditions on an existing 0.8-acre tract zoned Light Industrial (I-1). PROPOSED LAND USE: Office and industrial uses, except as restricted by Proffered Condition 4, are planned. The Planning Commission considered this request at their August 19, 2008, public hearing and their recommendation is included herein. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION RECOMMEND APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFFERED CONDITIONS ON PAGE 2 OF THE “REQUEST ANALYSIS”. CASE HISTORY Planning Commission Meeting (8/19/08): The applicant accepted the recommendation. There was no opposition present. On motion of Mr. Gulley, seconded by Mr. Hassen, the Commission recommended approval and acceptance of the proffered conditions on page 2 of the “Request Analysis”.
