BOABD OF BUPERVISOR~ ~IIh~TES February 25, 1981 Mr. Dmniel called the meeting to order at the Courthouse at 9:05 a.m, (EST}. Mr, Dodd gave the invocation. Mr. Daniel introduced Mr. Bruce Meadow~ of Congressman Thomas J. Bli/ey'$ office who was present at the direction of the Congressman.
