Mr. Phil Ne~tsr presented the Board with ~ Bikeway and Pedestrian
A~cea~ ~nd Safety ~T~dy for Huguenot Park. Mr. Daniel
inquired abou~ the cost and if th~sa funds ~o~ld be competing
for other projects. Mr. Hester stated the cost was approximately
$100,000 and that th6y would not be competing, but there is
an additional $S00,000 each year available which fhe County
would try to obtain. Mr. ~ester explained the bikaway plan
