All buildings, drives and parking areas shall have a minimum fifty (50) foot setback from the ultimate rights of way of Beach and Spring Run Roads, except that Buildings A and B identified on Exhibit A titled “Transportation Plan” prepared by Townes Site Engineering, P.C., dated November 17, 2008 shall have a minimum twenty (20) foot setback from the ultimate right of way of Beach Road. 2,Perimeter Landscaping.
