LPGISL~TIVE PROGRAM - PAYING FOR GROWTH Mr. Ramsay stated previous efforts toward obtaining authorities for legislation dealing with davelopmen% and iniuiatives seward paying for growth and/or growth-reis%aA facilities County-wide have been unsuccessful. Mr. Sale briefly explained ths proposal o~ d~v~!opment paying for growth relative to the elemen%s which should be paid for, the mechanisms available for paying costs for eaid growth the Con~ty ~ay wa~ to mak~ available ho the community, lined issues relative to paying for growth, etc., and statsd it has been suggested that a committee bo ~ermod to explore the central issue o~ palrment of costs related to growth, particularly off-si~e costs.
