Review alternates for sewer service to Kingsland Crete Proctor's Creek and Falling Creek systems. II. (a) Determine if additional private treatment plants should be built prior to completion of County pumping station at Ashton Creek and Interstate I-95. (b) Determine if present private installations should connect to the Ashton pumping station when complete. III. Determine route of outfall sewer on Falling Creek drainage area from Swift Creek pumping station force main. t.V. Consideration of increase in size of Falling Creek trunk sewer to serve Michaux Creek. V. Review size of Falling Creek trunk sewer and density of population to be served. VI. Consideration of letter of June 29, 1973 from Bonarco Corporation concerning prepaid sewer connections. VII. Review proposed method of paying for sewer service in the Ettrick- Petersburg area. VIII (a) Review letter of March 4, 1973 from Morris E. Mason concerning infiltration in sewer lines in Ettrick. (b) Determine policy of County in having infiltration on private property fixed. R. Review construction schedule. X. Review water and sewer connection fees. XI. Request for sewer connections: (a) Swearingen - Trojan Woods (b) William Kofron - Fitzhugh Street Robert A. Painter County Engineer July 9, 1973 M JULY 9, 1973 IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE ORDINANCE GOVERNING SEWER CONNECTION FEES BE CHANGED AS FOLLOWS: 1. NEW RESIDENCES CONNECTED TO SEWER NOT INSTALLED BY DEVELOPER FROM THE PRESENT CHARGE OF W0.00 TO THE RANGE OF $1000.00 to $1500.00. IT IS ALSO RECOMMENDED THAT CONSIDERATION BE GIVEN TO INCREASING THE CHARGE FOR EXISTING RESIDENCES. 2. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CONSIDERATION BE GIVEN TO INCREASING THE WATER CONNECTION CHARGES TO EXISTING HOUSES WHEN CONNECTED TO WATER LINES NOT INSTALLED BY DEVELOPER. Co I '1
