REQUEST: Conditional Use to permit a business (beauty shop) incidental to a dwelling.
PROPOSED LAND USE:
In addition to the single-family residential use, the applicant proposes to continue
operating a two (2) chair beauty shop incidental to the dwelling.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
RECOMMEND APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFFERED CONDITIONS ON

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommend approval if after consideration of public input, the Commission and Board
determine that continuation of the use will not adversely impact the area.
