Area Development Trends:
The majority of area properties are zoned Residential (R-7), recorded as part of the

Permit History:
On July 11, 1973, the Board of Supervisors approved a temporary manufactured home
permit on the request property for Albert F. Baker, Jr. (Case 735089). This permit was
subsequently renewed in 1975,1977,1979,1984,1989 and 1996. On May 28, 2003, the
Board approved renewal of Manufactured Home Permit 96SR0207 for a period of seven
(7) years, expiring in May of 2010. (03SR0263)
Pro osal:
The applicant is seeking renewal of this manufactured home permit for an additional
seven (7) years (Condition 2). The applicant would continue to be the owner and
occupant of this manufactured home. (Condition 1)
CONCLUSIONS
The manufactured home continues to be in keeping with development in the surrounding area,
being a mix of traditional single family dwellings and temporary manufactured homes. As
conditioned, this use should maintain compatibility with these neighboring uses for this
temporary period of time.
Given these considerations, approval of this request is recommended.
