visited property on July 9, 1975 and found area of fill

a warrant for the arrest ~f Hr. Williams for violation
of the County Zonlng Ordinance; tnial date is set for
August 7~ 1975.

the Burea~ of Outdoor Recreation~ Department of Interior and
the Vir~inla Coim~ission of Outdoor Rec~eatlon, it is necessary
that each political subdivision provide a proportionate ~kare
of the cost thereof; and
WHEREAS, the proportionate project share is funde~
fifty percentum (50%) by the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation U. S.
Depar~2~ent of Interior, twenty-fiv~ percen%~/~ (25%) by the
Virginia Co~misslon of Outdoor Recreation and twenty-five
percentu~% (25%) by ~he applicant political subdivision.
NOW, THEREEORE, BE IT RESOLUED By THE BOARD OF
SUPERUISORS OF C~ESTERFIELD COUNTY:
That, the County Administrator is hereby authorized
to cause such information or materials as may be necessary
to be provided to the appropriate state an~ federal agencle~
Bo permit the formulatlon~ approval and funding of the Enon
Park project,
A~D BE IT FURTHER R~SOLVED, that the County gives
its assurance that the funds needed as the County's proporti-
hate share of th~ cost of the approved progra~ will be
