Mr. stegmaier stated ~e County C~a~te= required ~he passage
of an appropriation resolution to authoriz~ expenditurem of
funds and noted in EX92, the Soard had withheld $5 million
proposed local funding from Schools and theme funds had been
appropriated ~hrouqheut the year. He further stated staff was
Board to permit the County Administ~&tor to increase the
transfer by $1-~ million to the School fund at three =pacified
times during the f~ssal year as the funds become available.
Mr. Daniel noted the appropriations would reflect the approved
budget cha~ges.
Mr. Colbert made a motion, seconded by Mr. Darber,
Board to adopt a resolution to appropriate designated funds
and acceunts from designated estimated revenues far FY93 for
the Operating Budget and th~ Capital Inprovement Program for
