Stegmaier Summary of Actions Taken by the Board on July 28, 2010 3:00 P.M. SESSION Mr. Stegmaier provided a brief update on water restrictions in the county and also briefed the Board on the upcoming Dauber Dash at Henricus Historical Park, which supports sports tourism in the county, and the Jefferson Davis revitalization project. Ms. Cathilea Robinett, Executive Vice President for the Center for Digital Government, congratulated Chesterfield on receiving the first place national award in the Center for Digital Government’s 2010 Digital Counties Survey and presented the award to Mr. Barry Condrey, Chief Information Officer. RESOLUTIONS Adopted Resolution recognizing Village Bank as the 2010 Business of the Year Award winner. Adopted Resolution recognizing Alliance Engineering Incorporated as the 2010 Innovation Impact Award winner. Adopted Resolution recognizing Southern RV as the 2010 Environmental Stewardship Award winner. Adopted Resolution recognizing members of the Citizen’s Budget Advisory Committee for their service to Chesterfield County. Adopted Resolution recognizing Mrs. Mary Lou Lyle, Director of Accounting, upon her retirement. WORK SESSIONS A Work Session was held regarding the County Streetlight Policy.
