Stegmaier Summary of Actions Taken by the Board on September 22, 2010 3:00 P.M. SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMENTS Mr. Bill Dupler updated the Board on the state of the county’s water restrictions. Mr. Stegmaier announced that the county and schools have been selected for an unprecedented fourth year as “One of the Best 100 Communities in America for Young People” by America’s Promise – the Alliance for Youth. Mr. Stegmaier announced that the county’s AAA bond rating has been reaffirmed by the three bond rating agencies during the review of financing of the Meadowville Interchange. CITIZEN COMMENT PERIOD Mr. Jim Williams presented a generous donation to the county for the Beth Williams Field of Dreams located at the Watkins Annex Park. Mr. Freddy Boisseau expressed concerns that the Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution supporting high speed rail without having specific information.
