Mrs. Girone called the meeting to order.

On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr. Myers, it was resolved that the following Planned
Budget expense accounts be decreased by these amounts and transferred to the surplus of the
General Fund.

Mr. Quaiff reviewed the Water and Sewer Financial Report, a copy of whichwas filed with the
Board papers.

Mr. Painter stated that on November 15, 1976, the Board approved refunding
the J.J.H. Corporation $250 per connection for off-site and oversize water lines. Since
that time the County Attorneyhas determined that it was not in conformance with the County
Ordinance. After some discussion, it was agreed to defer the matter until the developers
could work out a solution with the County Attorney.
It was on motion of Mr. Myers, seconded by Mr. Apperson, resolved that the following Sewer
Contracts were approved:
