01-17-77 MinutesVIRGINIA: At a regular mseting of the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County, held at the Courthouse on January 17, 1977, at 1:00 p.m. Present: Mr. E. Merlin O'Neill, Chairman Mrs. Joan Girone, Vice-Chairman Mr. J. Ruffin Apperson Mro Co l.. Bookman Mr. Leo Myers Mr. C. G. Manuel, Acting County Administrator Mrs. Girone called the meeting to order. Also Present: Mr. Rayrrond Birdsong, Asst. Co. Eng. Mr. Steve Micas, County Attorney Mr. Robert Painter, County Engineer Mr. Willis Pope, Right-of-way Engineer Mr. Charles Quaiff, Supt of Accts. & Records Mr. Michael Ritz, County Planner Mr. James Zook, Principal Planner Mrs. Susan H. Heatherly, Secretary On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr. Myers, it was resolved that the following Planned Budget expense accounts be decreased by these amounts and transferred to the surplus of the General Fund. 11-022-400.1 Repl. Ayes: Mrs. Girone, Mr. Apperson and Mr. Myers. Mr. Quaiff reviewed the Water and Sewer Financial Report, a copy of whichwas filed with the Board papers. On motion of Mr. Apperson, seconded by Mr. Myers, it was resolved that the followf_ng Water Contracts were approved: 1. W76-100D 2. W77-8D 3. W77-6D Cedar Acres Stamie E. Lyttle CO., Inc. Corporation $250 per connection for off-site and oversize water lines. Since that time the County Attorneyhas determined that it was not in conformance with the County Ordinance. After some discussion, it was agreed to defer the matter until the developers could work out a solution with the County Attorney.
