COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMENTS
?
Mr. Stegmaier stated the General Assembly is in progress and Mary Ann Curtin is
monitoring issues on behalf of the County. She will be coming to the next Board meeting
to provide a status update on the progress of items impacting the county.

Mr. Stegmaier announced that progress is moving rapidly on the Amazon site. Building
plans have been submitted for review in advance of the permit application. As a result, an
initial review has been conducted and staff met with the architect today to speed up the
approval process once the permit is applied for.

Resolution recognizing Mr. Thomas Miller for his service to the
Committee on the Future and Chesterfield County.

Resolution recognizing Ms. Karen Pusey for her exemplary
volunteerism.
WORK SESSIONS
A Work Session was held regarding the proposed FY2013-FY2017 Capital Improvement
Program.

Approved Appointment of Mr. Russell Gulley to serve on the Richmond
Regional Planning District Commission.
Approved Appointment of Dr. William Brown to serve on the Richmond
