CASE HISTORY Planning Commission Meeting (11/3/83): Messrs. Miller and Thomas stated that multi-family residential use in a commercial area was inappropriate. On motion of Mr. Thomas, seconded by Mr. Miller, the Commission recom- mended denial of this request. AYES: Messrs. Miller, Moszer, Belcher, Lindsey and Thomas. ABSENT: Mr. Daniel. Applicant (11/14/83): The applicant requested that this request be withdrawn from consideration.
