REQUEST:Conditional use approval to permit automobile repair and vehicle storage yard in a
General Industrial (I-2) District.
PROPOSED LAND USE:
In addition to uses currently permitted, an automobile repair facility and a vehicle
storage yard is planned.Conditional use approval is required for the repair facility
andbecause the vehicle storage yard cannot meet the restrictions for such use in an
I-2 District, conditional use approval is required for this use as well.
The purpose of this addendum is provided to advise the Board of the Planning Commission’s
recommendation for this case.
Staff continues to recommend approval as outlined in the “Request Analysis.”
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
RECOMMEND APPROVAL SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION AND ACCEPTANCE OF
THE PROFFERED CONDITIONS ON PAGE 2OF THE “REQUEST ANALYSIS.”

Planning Commission Meeting (10/16/12):
The applicant accepted the recommendation. There was no opposition present.
On motion of Mr. Patton, seconded by Dr. Brown, the Commission recommended
approval subject to the condition and acceptance of the proffered conditions on page 2of
the “Request Analysis”.
