Mobile Home ReportMOBILE HOME REPORT That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will, on Wednesday, 12 March 1975, beginning at 3:00 P.M., in the County Board Room at Chesterfield Courthouse, Virginia, take under consideration the granting of Mobile Home Permits on the parcels of land described herein. Copies of these amendments are on file in the Planning Department, Room 307, Office Building, Chesterfield Courthouse, Chesterfield, Virginia, for public examination between the hours of 8:30 A. Ellis Matoaca Magisterial District Tax Map Sec. 186-3 (2) Lot 23 and better known as 21613 Hillview Street (Sheet 52) The applicant requests a two year extension to park a mobile home on property which he owns. The Health Department reports no environmental health hazard in existence. Adjacent property owners have not been notified of this request. The first permit was issued March 1972. On January 8, 1975 the Board of Supervisors resolved that Mr. Robert J. Ellis be granted a six month extension to park a mobile home at 21613 Hillview Street. This extension was approved with the condition that within 30 days he present the Planning Department a written contract for construction of a new home at this location, and that if this was not accomplished, he would have to move. On January 31, 1975, Mr. Ellis filed a letter with the Planning Department which states that he can not afford to build a new dwelling on the subject property, and that in his spare time he plans to renovate the existing dwelling on this lot. In addition, he estimates that it will take in excess of two years to com- plete this renovation, and he requests that Mobile Home Permit 74SR045 be extended for two years. Mr. Ellis' letter is attached as enclosure 1. On February 12, 1975 the Board deferred this case because Mr. O'Neill, Matoaca District Supervisor, was not present at the hearing. *7~SR.Q17 William E. To date, Staff has received no Environ- mental Health Hazard Report on this property from the Health Department One adjacent prperty owner has not signed this request which is for two years.
