This request requires the extension of GENERAL PLAN: This lot lies in an area designated for Single family residential use. STAFF ANALYSIS AND RECOMMENDATION: In this case the applicant plans to build a single family dwelling on a lot which does not front along a public road for at least 50 feet. STAFF RECOMMENDS APPROVAL OF THIS REQUEST SUBJECT TO THE IMPOSITION OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: A 50 foot wide public road easement be dedicated from Point A to Point B as shown on the attached map. This dedication would be with the understanding that.the County will not build or maintain thi~ road until it is brought to State standards by others.
