That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will, on Wednesday,
13 October 1971, beginning at 2:30 P.M., in the County Board Room at
Chesterfield Courthouse, Virginia, take under consideration the rezoning
and the granting of specific use permits of the following described
parcels of land:
?l-40U In Bermuda Magisterial District Cesco~ Inc. requests a Use Permit
to operate a business which involves the use and storage of acid on a
parcel of land of rectangular shape, containing approximately 10 acres,
fronting approximately 500 feet on Bellwood Road and approximately 1200
feet on a S.A.L.R.R. spur, being located to the southwest of the afore-
mentioned rights-of-way. Refer to Tax Map Sec. 68-11 and 68-10 part of
parcel 2.
Copies of the above amendments are on file in the Planning Department,
Room 307~ Office Building, Chesterfield Courthouse, Chesterfield~
Virginia: for public examination between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and
5:00 P.M. of each regular business day.
APPLICANT AND/OR AGENT MUST BE PRESENT AT HEARING
All persons favoring or opposing the granting of the above requests are
invited to appear at the time and place herein stated.
