The Chesterfield County Health Department must make an inspection of
the proposed trailer location, both before and after the trailer is
installed. It is the applicant's resoonsibility to contact the
Health Department and make an appointment for this inspection (tele-
phone - 748-1398). The inspection form must be attached to this
application.
The Applicant and/or his agent must be present at the Board hearing.

This case was deferred to today's meeting to clarify the situation as
pertains to the use of county water and sewer. On permit #18880 filed
in the Building Inspector's office there was the following notation -
"Sewer and water inspected, connected to original house line. 8-28-69".
On August 4, 1971, the Board of Zoning Appeals denied the renewal request
because the mobile home was being used for rental purposes. Wayne W.
Moore's mobile home will be parked on property belonging to Rebecca Wills.
Adjacent property owners state no objection to this request which is for
two years. There are no similar permits in the immediate area.

No Health Department report is requested because the mobile home will be
for storage purposes only. The mobile home will be parked on property
belonging to the applicant. Adjacent property owners state no objection

rectangular shape fronting approximately ll0 feet on Walmsley Blvd. and
extending southwardly to a depth of approximately 250 feet, being locat-
ed to the southeast of the intersection of Walmsley Blvd. and Twain Lane,
