This case was deferred to today's meeting to clamify the situation as
pertains to the use of county water and sewer. On permit #18880 filed
in the Building Inspector's office there was the following notation -
"Sewer and water inspected, connected to original house line. 8-28-69".
On August ~, 1971, the Board of Zoning Appeals denied the renewal request
because the mobile home was being used for rental purposes. Wayne W.
Moore's mobile home will be parked on property belonging to Rebecca Wills.
Adjacent property owners state no objection to this request which is for
two years. There are no similar permits in the immediate a~ea.

for storage purposes only. The mobile home will be parked on property

That the Board of Supervisors of Chesterfield County will, on Wednesday,
13 October 19?l, beginning at 2:30 P.M., in the County Board Room at
Chesterfield Courthouse, Virginia, take under consideration the rezoning
and the granting of specific use permits of the following described
parcels of land:
?l-T-SS In Bermuda Magisterial District Brdce H. Anderson requests a
Use Permit to park an individual mobile home on a parcel of land of
rectangular shape fronting aporoximately 160 ft. on Perlock Road and
110 ft. on Ashwood Road, being located in the southwest quadrant of the
intersection of the aforementioned roads, and better known as 9700
Ashwood Road. Refer to Tax Map Sec. 81-15(5) Blk. R, lot 1.
Copies of the above amendments are on file in the Planning Department,
Room 307, Office Building, Chesterfield Courthouse, Chesterfield,
Virginia, for public examination between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and
5:00 P.M. of each regular business day.
