SESSION COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR’S COMMENTS Mr. Tim Conner, the engagement partner from KPMG, LLP, presented the county’s FY2014 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. Mr. Kevin Bruny provided an update to the Board regarding Chesterfield County’s talent management process. Mr. Stegmaier shared a short video from the Police Department’s Centennial Celebration held last week at the Historic Courthouse. Mr. Roy Covington provided an update to the Board on the Appomattox River Water Authority. Mr. Stegmaier was pleased to report that last week at VACo’s annual meeting, Chesterfield, along with four other counties, was recognized by VACo as a 2014 Go Green county. Mr. Doug Scheibe expressed concerns relative to insufficient funding for Chesterfield County Public Schools. Mr. Rodney Martin expressed concerns relative to Chesterfield County Public Schools’ funding for the old Clover Hill High School renovations.
