Contour of land would make single family l{esidential development
difficult. ~&djacent apartment development would indicate that additional -
multi family units of much less density per acre would be the best usage
of the land. Owners have given widening strip for Turner Rd. as well '
as land for great inprovement of the Belmont & Turner Rd. intersection.
Owners of lots in Belfair were notified of intended land usage before "~
lots were sold.
