PROPOSAL
The applicant is seeking renewal of amanufactured home permit for an additional seven (7) years.
Single family residential uses, as well as temporary manufactured homes, are located within the
Bellwood Estates subdivision. When this application was filed in October, 2014, the manufactured
homewas occupied by the applicant’s mother, Doris Hambright, and the applicant’s nephew,
Wayne Hambright, who was providing care for his grandmother. Doris Hambright passed away in
early January. Wayne Hambright would continue to reside in the manufactured home. The
applicant would retain ownership of the manufactured home and property.
