Re:
Use Permit application #71-9U
Clover Hill Magisterial District
Applicant L. L. Cashion
Gentlemen:
I represent a client who has an interest in the above matter
and who has been advised that the Commission has requested a letter
advising (1) what they intend to do with the property, (2) for how
long, and (3) if they have any plans for reclamation.
This is to advise that in response to the three inquiries:
1. My clients are seeking cormnercial-type stone which
would meet State and Federal requirements.
If it is available on the property they will continue
to operate as long as there is a market in the Ches-
terfield area for the material.
0
Insofar as reclamation is concerned, my clients will
be governed by all applicable State and Federal laws
and in addition will ascertain the laws for surface
mining under which this project would come.
I trust this will meet the requirements of the Cormnission.
Very truly yours,
MONCURE & CABEL~ _.. ~
