It is my wishes that you as the Board of Supervisers of Chesterfield
vote in opposition to the rezoning of the parcel (71 - 26cs) .of land off
Zion Hill Church Road that Curtis L. Rudolph w~nts changed from Agriculture
to Townh0use. I and many.of the other people bought our land & homes out here
to get ~away from the crowded way of life of the city and yet be near enough
for work and shopping. There are enough apartments and tomahouses being built
without having them in our back yard. Rock Springs, Trampling Farms, Jessup
Farms and Old Coach Hills subdivisions are in this area and Ye want to keep
the area strickly for homes of the nature that are here now ($t4,000 - $25,000
Homes). The rights of the voting people have been steped on enough so please
don't you do the same as the Judges and Courts of our land are doing. Also if
it is within your power pass some kind of ruling that a thing of this sort can
no% be reopened for a number of years and not again next month. If we are
opposed to it today we are sure to oppose it next month.
