As such, access was to be provided from Ashton Dell Road. The Zoning Ordinance does not permit access to O-1 zoned properties through property zoned residentially. Therefore, the applicant proposes to rezone the request property to Neighborhood Office (O-1) to: Allow for access to the property at the corner already zoned O-1; Allow office uses as a transitional use between West Hundred Road and the single family residential use within Ashton Dell Subdivision, and Remove the residual residential zoning located between the existing O-1 property and the environmental features along the southern boundary of the request property. The permitted O-1 uses are limited by Proffered Condition 2.
